BulkHomeBuyers, LLC (“BHB”) was formed in 2008 to capitalize on the current real estate market. More particularly, our focus is on the Bank Real Estate Owned Assets (“REO Assets”). Our Company specializes in the acquisition, management, and disposition of REO assets on behalf of our Joint Venture companies. With a large network of investor relationships from coast to coast we can strategically target a market and acquire assets at 15% to 40% of market value.
BHB is owned and operated by a group of investors who partnered to bring nearly 100 years of combined real estate experience and education to the organization. The BHB Management team is Dave Michal, Jeff Jones, Carla Showalter, and Tim Collins. Each team member brings over 20 years of experience to the company. The team has invested, consulted, and contracted businesses in many states throughout the country. Their combined experience provides the edge needed to be one of the leading REO investment companies in the nation.

BHB is focused on emerging and stable markets nationwide. Our target areas over the next few years will be in Texas, Georgia, Nevada, Florida, California, and Arizona. However, we will keep a sharp, controlled focus on certain cities and only expand to meet the needs of our Joint Venture partners.

The Company has a “hands on” strategy for acquiring large numbers of targeted homes in a given area. From large groups and portfolios, to individuals desiring to secure their futures with discounted real estate, we seek the maximum return for each investor.
The majority of our inventory is purchased from banks and other institutions that need to liquidate their real estate holdings. Due to our system of acquiring real estate at a cost far below market value, our properties provide a hedge for inflation, a handsome preferred return to the investor, and the potential for significant residual equity returns in the years to come.
